    Beautiful and exceptional service

    This is a beautiful and unique ring. I had originally purchased the simple opal ring but unfortunately the opal fell out, which was partly my fault. Customer service was amazing and sent me this as a replacement as they were unable to source the opal on its own. Thank you so much, I’m so thrilled to have my engagement ring back.

    The first ring I received was missing a diamond and the return link said my ring was not eligible for return even though it was not final sale. After exchanging emails with customer care I was finally able to get a second ring sent to me which I now love! It’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s simple but eye catching.

    So pretty, one design flaw

    I love this ring and I have been wearing it for a few weeks. However, the prongs holding the opal get caught on hair, threads, etc. from time to time. Not a huge deal, but one I have noticed.
